Ava’z Collection wants you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just does not work out. But we want to make it right! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a store credit or an exchange for an equal value or more within 14 days of your purchase.
- Any returned item(s) must be in its original condition and not worn/used with all tags intact.
- After we receive the returned item(s), we will further investigate and issue a store credit/exchange accordingly.
- All discounted items are FINAL and a store credit/exchange will not be issued.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
